About
Fancy Architectural Millwork designs and builds custom cabinetry, architectural paneling, and built-in millwork for architects and interior designers across Los Angeles, from a single shop where every part is drawn, cut, and finished to spec.
Built in-house, from the first cut.
Every project moves through the same shop: parts are drawn to the room, cut on the CNC to ±0.010 inch, and finished before they ever reach the site. Nothing is ordered from a catalog and adjusted to fit.
That control is what makes furniture-grade tolerances possible at architectural scale, a full room of cabinetry held to the same standard as a single piece of furniture.
Full inset, any species, finished three ways.
Full inset, overlay, and frameless construction, in any hardwood species. Finish options include hand-rubbed oil, catalyzed lacquer, and custom paint, matched to the rest of the room rather than picked from a swatch book.
The same standard applies whether the job is a single vanity or a whole floor of built-ins: precise joinery, hand-selected materials, and finish systems built to endure.
Architects and Interior Designers, Mostly
Most projects arrive through an architect or interior designer already managing the rest of the room, so drawings, finish schedules, and site coordination are built to slot into that process rather than compete with it. See recent work on the Portfolio page, or the specific capabilities on Services.
